What services do you offer?

  1. Polène by Default
    Ready-stock Polène handbags are available in Kuala Lumpur. You can browse our catalog and check our Instagram account for the latest updates.
  2. Polène on Demand
    Some models or colors may not always be available at the Polène store in Paris. In such cases, we will check with the store for availability. Certain models and colors can be pre-ordered, while others may not be eligible for pre-order. Please contact us to discuss your preferences, and we will provide you with an estimated timeline.
  3. Paris Luxury
    Yes, we also offer services for other luxury brands. However, an 80% deposit is required for orders from brands other than Polène.

Do you provide services for items other than handbags?

Yes, we are open to exploring requests for other items, as long as they are legal. Please note that our services include fees, shipping costs, and customs duties, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

 

Ordering and Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalogue, add to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and choose your payment options. Please contact us via email or Whatsapp for delivery arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes! You can choose your own plan based on your credit card offer & PayPal.

  1. Credit Card: Contact your bank to convert your payment into an installment plan based on your bank’s offers or your selected plan (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, 24 months).
  2. PayPal: Register your account with PayPal, which offers flexible interest-free payments in 3 or 4 installments.

Note: Please check with your bank or PayPal for the latest eligibility requirements, terms, conditions, and plan details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Orders are locked once they have been placed.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are in stock and available in Kuala Lumpur. We highly recommend self-collection, which can be arranged by contacting us via WhatsApp. However, we also offer delivery services for an additional charge, depending on your location.
